The evening's program

Every performance follows the same running order, whichever city it's in.

1
PRE-SHOW

K-pop Dance

A high-energy welcome from the cast as the audience finds their seats — the first sign that this isn't a typical Christmas concert.

2
OPENING

Welcome & Greeting

A short welcome from the evening's host, introducing the tour and setting the tone for what's ahead.

3
DANCE

Christmas Dance — Righteous Stars

A festive dance number performed by Righteous Stars, carrying the evening from welcome into storytelling.

4
DANCE

Korean Cultural Dance

A traditional Korean dance performed by the cast — a glimpse of home for the students who've traveled furthest to be here.

5
ACT I

For Unto Us — the Birth of Jesus

The evening turns from celebration to stillness, returning to the first Christmas night.

6
MESSAGE

The Message

A short reflection bridging the two acts — connecting the original Christmas story to the evening's audience, here and now.

7
ACT II

Anna's Story

The night closes with Anna's Story, drawing on the little match girl — the emotional heart of the evening.

ACT I

Act I — For Unto Us

The first half of the evening returns to the original Christmas story — told not as spectacle, but as stillness. A cast of choral voices carries the audience back to an ordinary night made extraordinary.

Tone & Staging

Warm, reverent, and unhurried. Lighting favors gold and candle tones; the staging is spare, letting the choral arrangements carry the emotional weight.

25 min

What audiences take away

A quiet reminder of the season's original meaning — hope arriving without announcement, in the middle of an unremarkable town.

All ages

Act II — Anna's Story

Anna's Story draws on the little match girl, following a child alone on the coldest night of the year, striking matches for warmth — and glimpsing, in each small flame, something greater than survival.

Tone & Staging

Intimate and aching, then quietly hopeful. Ember and blue lighting frame a single performer against a near-empty stage; the match flame is the only warm light in the room.

30 min

What audiences take away

A gentle confrontation with loneliness and need in the modern world — and the idea that noticing someone else's cold is itself a kind of miracle.

Best for ages 8+

Why the evening builds this way

The dance numbers at the top are a welcome, not a warm-up — a reminder that this is a celebration before it's anything else. Act I then asks the audience to remember what Christmas meant at its origin; the Message bridges past and present; and Anna's Story asks them to carry that meaning forward, toward the people around them who are still waiting for someone to notice their cold.
